Duties and Responsibilities:

At our facility, we recognize how critical nursing assistants are in providing comprehensive care to our patients. They work closely with LPNs and RNs to provide essential care services and comfort to patients. Under the guidance of our most experienced nurses, you’ll receive the necessary mentorship and gain practical experience to prepare you for the CNA certification exam. Our nursing assistants have diverse responsibilities and serve as essential members of our team.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Whether you earn a high school diploma or GED, the important thing is that you took the initiative to further your education and improve your future prospects
• Good listening skills
• Remarkable customer service is delivered through the tireless efforts of an energetic individual who has an innate desire to help others in a compassionate and sincere way
• To those who wish to elevate their profession by acquiring the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A), our organization offers to fund the certification training.
• All candidates must be at least 18 years old to be considered for this position
• Possessing strong English language skills that include reading, writing, and speaking enables individuals to communicate effectively in various situations
• Fluency in two languages is a positive addition
