Our nursing assistants work alongside LPNs and RNs, under the guidance of our most experienced nursing professionals, to acquire necessary skills and knowledge that will prepare them for the CNA certification exam. Nursing assistants take on various duties and are critical in ensuring seamless patient care.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Obtaining a high school diploma or GED is an important milestone for anyone looking to further their education or enter the workforce
• Good listening skills
• An outstanding level of customer service is delivered through the energetic efforts of an individual who possesses genuine empathy and a willingness to help others
• The acquisition of the Nurse Assistant certification (C.N.A) can increase your marketability, and our organization is willing to pay for the certification training.
• Individuals who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate in the program
• Effective communication demands strong English language skills such as reading, writing, and speaking, which enable individuals to express ideas and perspectives to others
• Being proficient in two languages is an asset
